The Genealogy Research Journal blog does not share your email address with anyone.

Though every effort is made to respond to every email and comment, there just isn’t enough time in the day for me to do so.  I may from time to time write a post about a topic brought up in email as I think it will be helpful to my readers.  While I may include your first name to give you credit, I will never publicly post your email address.  If you do not wish details of your email to become public as part of a post, you need to say so in your email.

Commenting on blog posts on the Genealogy Research Journal blog is optional.  When you comment on one of my blog posts, beware that your post will become public.  If you mean for the contents of your comment to be for my eyes only, and private, you need to state this in your comment.  While I’m good at finding ancestors, I’m not so good at reading minds.
