2010 E. 25th Street is the house with the white fence around it. It was built in 1912 according to zillow.com. From 1932 to 1936, Jesse & Dorothy (Hughes) Cosma lived here.
2014 E. 25th Street is the house in the middle, light colored with brownish trim. It was built in 1912 and remodeled in 1940 according to zillow.com.
Joao & Maria Perreira with Augusto Costa lived in the house in 1910. The Jacinto “Jesse” & Angelina (Vierra) Pacheco aka Algrava moved in around 1911-1912. They were there until 1930, when Jesse passed away. I think Jacinto & Angelina must have owned more than one house because I show them at this location and also at Laurel Hill in Hayward.
Jacinto & Angelina (Vierra) Pacheco aka Algrava were the first inhabitants in 1910. They lived their until 1925, so I suspect they built this house in 1912.
