Portuguese Hawaiian Genealogy Group on Facebook Keeps Growing
A few weeks ago, I upgraded the Portuguese Hawaiian Genealogy Group on Facebook to the new format. I don’t know what happened, but since the upgrade the group has really taken off. People are posting daily and there have been a couple of bingos. It great to see people taking advantage of another way to connect.
The group now has 270 members. Those members come from a variety of backgrounds and have ancestors from different islands.
If you are a member of Facebook, you can join the group. It’s an Open group (so anyone can join). However, I have to approve members, so be patient if you don’t have immediate access.

It’s nice to see the group growing and active. The more people who participate, the more we learn, and the more chances we have to bingo.
